Whats a hemfir??

Well, the trim is looking good. A little Hemfir on the inside,and left over Cyprus for the caseing.Looks great,.....I think.?.?

Swans

Just came across some Trumpeter Swans (Cygnus buccanator) at about 14 mile on the Haines Hwy. About 35 pounds they are the heaviest flying birds in North America. They also had 5 baby cygnets

ALSEK PUT IN

Wow! 332,500 miles and it made it to the put in for the Alsek. I bailed on this trip because I was "too busy". Never again!! Anyway, the Alsek is such a beautiful place, I highly recommend it to anyone

The shower is in !!

Shower, hot water, toilet,... well, things are coming together quickly. Slate is hard stuff to work with I found out. Different thicknesses, Not square, Between 11 13/16 and 12 1/16. A real challenge but came out really beautiful. I really proud of it, come by and check it out for yourself.
